hi! I love this blog especially since I'm pint-sized as well! reppin' the wee folk hahaha. Anyways I was kind of wondering if this dress would be too tacky for prom? I'm kind of a bro but I'd like to feel like a fairy princess for one night (:
YOU GOT THIS, GIRL.
That’s one of our favorites, actually. We wore a similar one on day 5 of our 30 days of prom dresses project, that had a detachable skirt so you could rock both the fairy princess look as well as the bro’d out vibe if you throw a flannel over it for the after-party.
Has a woman who knew that she was well-dressed ever caught a cold?
Did anyone catch last night’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians, with Kendall Jenner’s Sherri Hill shoot?
Yeah! We love Sherri Hill… obvs. And obvs available at Tiza.com!
Makeup and hair time! Feels like prom.
We love that PROMmin’ feeling.

We posted the original photo a long time ago, but the drawing brings back the fond memories of our dream prom dress by Oscar.
We want to have our prom and eat it, too.
Dazzle in a metallic Sherri Hill dress. Mix and match it with some silver and gold and shine away promsters!
Well, my senior Prom is officially over. It was actually two weekends ago, on the 14th.. But I just now remembered that I wanted to submit a photo to you guys! This is me and my boyfriend at his house right before we went out to eat with everyone.
As you can tell, our theme was peacock feathers. I have six on my Precious Formals dress, three in my corsage, two in my hair, and one on my clutch. He has one as a boutonniere. I think we looked rather nice.
*He also had a cane with a wolf head carved on the top and “Nothing But A G Thing” engraved down the side.
Needless to say, Senior Prom was definitely a success! Enjoy, dears!

LOVE the peacock theme! So original, yet such a ridiculously wonderful idea that we can’t believe this isn’t commonplace for prom yet.
One of our favorite Sherri Hill dresses!
DressWithCourage.com- Outfit Post: 36 Year Old Prom Queen
We came across this AWESOME post, by Elissa of Dress With Courage. Apparently we inspired her to rock a prom dress in her every day wear as well! So great!
We definitely stand by our belief that anyone and everyone can re-live prom.
“A few years ago, Morgan Spurlock ate nothing but McDonald’s for 30 days and made a movie about it. In March, two New Yorkers inspired by nostalgia and prom season embarked on a much less gross but equally ambitious quest - to wear their prom dresses every day for 30 days straight. Called Take Me To The Prom, the Tumblr’s authors documented their experience in their prom gear and provide thoughts on all things prom related. In addition to showing off remixed prom dress looks, Mallory and Bianca share inspirations, tips and tricks, prom stories, and videos. Though their month-long prom party has come to an end, the site is still there as a prime resource for any prom-goer in need of some inspiration. Such as myself. In an obvious example of either brain damage/temporary insanity, I thrifted a vintage prom dress the other day. And I wore it to fetch take-out. For realsies.”
We LOVE this. For realsies. :)
